    Some people may claim not to have breakfast. Especially for the millenials, many are grounded on the basis of busyness and no time, making them often skip breakfast. But do not be underestimated, in fact breakfast has benefits for our body health.

    Therefore spend breakfast even if only with a simple menu. Some paleo breakfast menu is simple and easy to make for millenials.

    " for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Elijaarqey Paleo Smasher – (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my friend got cool success with it.

    " for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about – Elijaarqey Paleo Smasher – (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my brother in law got amazing success with it.

    Thank you I'm writing this down. I have been eating gluten free porridge but that has grains:(:( I have realized gluten free grains are making me have no energy!!:(

    I'm no longer a vegan, but Paleo is just weird. Human beings are really best suited to a whole food, mostly plant-based diet with some animal products thrown in sparingly (around 5% of the overall diet). I don't think many people are aware that our records of what the Paleolithic people actually ate indicates that they had an extremely high fiber diet (even higher than most whole food vegans!). A real Paleo diet is actually closer to a whole food vegan diet in nutritional makeup than this bizarre, overindulgent, modern iteration of Paleo that it's followers are advocating. This amount of animal product consumption is environmentally unsustainable, unhealthy, unnatural, and unnecessary. Thank goodness most people can't afford to actually eat this way, otherwise we'd need 3 planet Earths!

    This is great. I've been looking for a diet or healthy food to help with ovarian cysts. I'm still recovering from surgery few weeks ago. I'm trying stay away from process food now and sodas. I like your videos. 🙂

    my son has to go on this diet for 30 days to heal his intestinal tract due to horrible Takis.He isn't supposed to have eggs for 30 days.

    how only you can digest it?its…awful,poor dogestive organs!us do you realise that these your indulginge with weird paleo is so.harmful.for environment?that you daily income equals the co2 print as one plant based indian,lets say imcluding sometimes egg or milk or ghee?how can someone bwlieve these lies about paleo?

    I try to reintroduce carbs after 3 years without them but I keep getting serious depression, anxiety and insomnia everytime I try to get on them. Why on earth do I have problem digesting carbs now?? I'm desperate for a solution. Thanks!

    For the sardines, how high is the heat and how long do you cook them for?  Would cooking them in butter work, too?

    Thanks for your video, however for many of us, especially who are over 40 years, eating that much eggs in breakfast will end up with heart attack; your daily fat intake should be lowered to the minimum to stay fit and healthy.
