Hi Jasmine & Chris, Do you have a Recipe, for Tamales? I haven't had a descent "Vegan" Tamale! I'm going through Tamale Withdrawals! My Grandma, used to spend Days making her "Wonderful, Yummy & Homemade" Tamales. That is when She, was still Alive. & I still ate Meat. My Grandma, passed in (1984) that's too long without a descent Tamale!
    Blessings,
    Piper

Omg thank you so much for this!!! I miss mis conchas!!! I used to love eating these with café con canela. If you guys don’t already have A recipe video for Chile’s rellenos? I tried the chickpea water as the egg substitute and it turned out so bad! I was so upset and I tried a vegan cheese that didn’t taste good with it either. So other filling ideas in the chiles would be awesome also

This looks so delicious! Looks similar to a type of bread in Korea called soboro which is so yummy and sweet. I wonder if it tastes similar?

The Mexican sweet bread looks fabulous. Baking isn't one of my best skills. I am best doing saviour recipe's. I may consider attempting to do it, I will wait until the same day I use a can of chickpeas for my dinner and use the bread for dessert.
