    You have amazing goals girl! For me it´s not about my body anymore, but about my mindset. So my goals for the next months, are: at least 30 min of yoga every day, 5 minutes of meditation, spend one hour walking in nature with my beloved dog and the last one is not overeating and binging on nuts and nuts butters 🙂

    My number one goal is to lose 40 lbs by my 40th b-day next May….40by40….lost 64 pounds and gained 35 back 🙁

    thank you for always being so inspiring – while wearing the cutest outfits i might add! i love the pink ensemble during your workout~ i'm so happy for you having moved to Idaho and i love your relationship with your brother – he's funny! you both are – and i'd watch your and his cooking show if you had one; all your food, especially the ramen and raw salad, look absolutely scrumptious!!

    Hey, really missed ur vidz. Im so in need of the 12 week challenge. My goals are- write in my dairy everyday. Do 50 squats, meditation 10 mins min, lemon tea after dinner every night, 2 portions of greens a day, selfcare, make bed every day. Its gunna be a challenge especially the meditation bit.     I would love to have grey hair come in like that. I went grey at 13 and at 34 now it grows in completely white. With my dark hair I can look like a badger. But, I'm used to dying it now.
    I've decided to also engage in this 12 week challenge rather than just watch it. So here are mine:
    – Use the Memrise app to relearn my Norwegian for at least 20 mins a day.
    – Exfoliate every day (otherwise I look too pale and dull)
    – Drink 5 x 600mls of my reusable water bottle a day.
    – Eat at least 2 veggies at dinner.
    – Some kind of exercise/stretching/walking every day.

    My main goal is to be more intentional & mindful of what I am eating. To not just grab whatever is in the cupboard. I want to meal prep so I have food I can just grab and eat that is healthy. Not eat half a bag of chips for lunch. That don’t help out my love handle situation. 😝🙈

    so happy you're back and there is a new challenge, I seriously need it! my goals are: 1) drink two of my water bottles a day (100oz total) 2) take my vitamins daily 3) workout everyday 4) eat my prepped healthy food (sometimes I forget to make food and use it as an excuse to eat out and then I eat junk). I'm excited to see where I am when the challenge is over!!

    My goals are to: workout daily, drink plenty of water every day, log my food, journal daily, stick to my night time routine, and follow up with my doctors ( I have had foot issues lately and I have pulmonary hypertension that has been flaring up lately) Here's to getting back on track!

    Missed you and your brother, my daily six are: exercise, eat greens/veggies, drink matcha, organize my house for at least 15 minutes a day, go out everday, and read every evening.

    I’m so glad you’re back!! 💚💚 My six goals are: exercise more so that I can lose weight to reach my best body before 2019 too; though I’ve been vegan for two years, I would like to live a more “strict” vegan lifestyle by eating better (more green smoothies, raw meals, kombucha/kraut for gut); stop procrastinating with homework and study/read for at least an hour a night; make tea/smoothies/drinks everyday for myself and save $$$; straighten up and make sure my clothes and breakfast/lunch are packed before bed; and meal prep on Sundays!!

    I always get a resurgence of motivation whenever you post and decided to join you officially for the 12 week challenge. Day 1 is my birthday!
    Goals:
    walk or yoga
    drink more water
    read once a day
    sit down and work or treatment plan at least 3x/day (I do pediatric home occupational therapy)
    eat more green!
    tidy up

I’m still thinking about my goals🤔 There aren’t many movies I like to watch more than once but I will always set through Forrest Gump and anything Adam Sandler does🤷🏻‍♀️

    Yay! Oke my favorite movies are father of the bride, clueless, heartbreakers, the divine secrets of the yaya sisterhood and practical magic! (And so many more). My goals are to drink more tea or water, clean my house at night (been doing that for a few weeks now), tidy everything that takes less than a minute right away, do yoga everyday (yoga with adriene), im at dag 26 today! And write my goals of the day every morning! Everyone gets in a rut at times, we’ve all been there. Time for a positive change!😘
