    I started IF 16/8 but still my diet went to up and down bcz of stressed and depression, but I tried my best to continue and control my cravings. Now I am on my IF 20/4. I try to lose 3-5kls. Im 5'2 and 58kls. My problem is my belly😭

    As a fitness professional, I can tell you that your macros from what I could eyeball in this video were probably a little under on fat if you’re trying for the standard American 50/20/30. That burger saved you on protein, girl 🤣 You’ve inspired me to post a video later this week on how to count “lazy macros” to stay in charge without having to track your food every day. But like you said, IF doesn’t require any of that. It has some drawbacks for sure, but it is very flexible during your window.

    It’s hard to lose weight and u look great hard work does pay off… I do watch what I eat from the plate to my mouth 😭
    and the soup look very good and the burger on a lettuce wrap very good idea still … bendiciones

    I have been intermittent fasting for awhile and I have lost 45 pounds. I stop eating at 6-7pm at night and don’t eat again till 12pm the next day. When I am ready to eat, I make sure to eat healthy during that time period. I love it! Keep it going girl!! You look amazing!!!! 😍
